Vintage Lineman's Climbing Belt Spikes Pouch Safety Restraint Used Leather

Please see photos for condition and what is included. Seems to be fairly old and worn. The leather is all worn and everything needs cleaning. This is out of an estate sale so I do not know the history of these items and did not see a brand on the belt. I put for parts, as I do not believe you should throw this stuff on and head up a telephone pole. There are 2 glove bags and loose hooks. Comes with all items shown in pictures. I am not breaking up this lot at this point.
