I bought this mini matte box for a video project in January and I used it once. This package includes the following (all pictured):
Tilta mini matte box MB-T15
adapter rings for lense sizes: 58mm, 67mm, 72mm, 77mm, 82mm
Original packaging (the box has a dent in the corner)
I purchased one of the adapter rings separately, though I do not remember which. Thus, this package includes everything that comes from the factory, plus one more adapter ring.
