I ship for free in a bubble mailer, usually ship within 1-2 business days, I am not responsible for improper installation, nor am I providing installation instructions. I recommend getting these stems installed by a professional, licensed motorcycle mechanic. By purchasing from me, you realize that I take no liability if injury or death occurs. Warranty for 30 days only due to manufacturing defect. Individual valve stems will be replaced at our discretion, providing there is no evidence of tampering or improper installation. We reserve the right to change the price or quantity available at any time, without any obligation to give prorated refunds for transactions already completed. If we lower the price before your stems ship out, we will gladly refund the difference between what you paid and what the current price is. If we raise the price at any time, you are not required to pay the difference. If a return or exchange transaction is in progress when we change the price, the price you paid is final and we are not obligated to refund any prorated amount.

the recent pandemic
, we only ship Tuesday and Thursday. If you order after 3pm Eastern, it will not go out until the next scheduled shipping day.
Note that due to the manufacturing process, there may be slight imperfections such as color variances, casting marks, or other signs of imperfections. We hand inspect every stem that goes out our door and with proper installation, these manufacturing marks will not affect performance or safety of the stem. However, as mentioned, please have these installed by a licensed motorcycle mechanic and do not install if there is a serious defect (we will replace or refund in that case, based on our inspection of the stem(s)).
