You get both the bracket and leveling. There is some wear and tear. Some intentional grinding. Not sure why. These are used to hold the eye piece into a oconnor head and to hold the front box. It works how it supposed to. It tightens and works great. You get whats in the picture. Ask questions.
The tight down knob that in red is broken. But still works.
