These bolt-in stem casters have a round stem that fits into structural framing made of round metal tubing. Each caster has a total-lock brake that can be engaged to prevent the caster's wheel and swivel mechanism from moving. Sometimes called scaffold casters, these casters are used on light-duty scaffolding, work platforms, workbenches, and tables that will be moved frequently but must be kept stable and immobilized when people are using them.
