mostly
used this mounted on a tripod for rack focus shots and follow focus.
Also included are the lens rings that wrap around the lens so the focus wheels can rotate the zoom and the focus.

The rod that mounts into the shoulder mount will need to be repaired. It does not thread fully into the shoulder bracket so a permanent fix with some epoxy will do it. I never did it because I never used the shoulder mount.
