    READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION. This is for a PAIR of custom USA made beam pinch block 15" dumbbell handles. Change your work out routine and focus on grip at the same time. With this versatile handle. 2 different grip sizes with 2" x 3" and 3" x 2". Grip length is 5.5" and the collars are 4.5" long. About 15" in length and weigh 5-1/2 pounds each.  Painted with black textured paint. Great for grip exercises with out the need of a loading pin. Great for rows, deadlifts and benching as well. Ends are capped. They do NOT come with weights or clips. None of these companies listed, CAP, fitness gear, Golds Gym, sports authority, YORK, Body Solid, Rep Fitness, Weider, Valor, Ethos, Xmark and Troy make anything like these.
    Most close tolerance weights like rogue, bumper weights and urethane weights will not fit collar. If your plates have rubber on them chances are they will not fit.
    Spring clips work the best. CLIPS WILL FIT VERY TIGHT ON THE COLLARS AS WELL. Great military press, curls and triceps as well.
